Terms of payment

For deliveries to Germany we offer you the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment by PayPal
Payment by instant bank transfer
Installment purchase with Klarna
Purchase on account with Klarna
Direct debit with Klarna
Credit card payment via Shopify Payments

When paying in advance, please state the order number so that we can assign the transfer to your order.

Shipping conditions

The handover to the shipping service provider takes place within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders that are packed before 12 noon are usually picked up by the respective shipping company on the same day.

We cannot guarantee that the delivery date will not be met, as we have no influence on the further process once the parcel has been handed over.

If there are unusually long shipping delays on our part, we will notify you by email. 

Shipping costs & delivery times

For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order.
From an order value of €50.00, shipping is free of charge.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days.

We charge a flat rate of €14.90 per order for deliveries to Austria.
There is no exemption from shipping costs here - shipping is always subject to a charge.
The delivery time to Austria is usually 2-4 working days.

Shipping costs and delivery time vary depending on the country of delivery.
Shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are always subject to a charge and there is no exemption from shipping costs. You can find out the price during checkout.
